English abstract
This study aimed to find out the reality that the educational supervisor can practice the educational supervising skills from the viewpoint of Al-Dhahira region teachers and the level of their performances , identifying if there is significant statistical differences in level of (a>0.05) and the response of this study individual sample related to gender based on social , experience and professional variables , and to achieve those goals the descriptive approach was used , beside using questionnaire for gathering necessary facts and information where it was applied on a sample of (247) teachers from Al-Dhahira region.
The study came with the following results:
- The reality of educational supervisor practicing the skills of educational supervising the viewpoint of Al-Dhahira region was among practicing degree where the arithmetic mean was (3,62) and the standard deviation was (0.99)
- The level of Al-Dhahira region teacher's performance was very good where the arithmetic mean was (4,16) and the standard deviation was (0.446)
- There is positive correlation relation and statistical significance in the level of significance (a>0.05) and the reality of practicing educational supervising from the viewpoint of Al-Dhahira region teachers and the level of teacher's performance.
-There is statistical differences in the level (a>0.05) related to reality of practicing educational supervising from the viewpoint of Al-Dhahira region teachers and the level of teachers in all fields of study tools according the social variables and toward female, where there is no statistical differences according to experience and professional variables in the all field of study tools.
According to these results came out of this study, the researcher placed a number of recommendations and suggestions.
