English abstract
This thesis studies the Analytic styles in the Contemporary Arabic language, in a specific journal, which is the language of information mainly the Omani press: Oman and Alroya as examples (between June 22 and July 22, 2014) relying on the descriptive and historical method. This thesis also explains the language phenomenon. It searches for the communicative aspects of the Contemporary Arabic language. This thesis has been divided into a preface and two chapters In the first chapter, we deal with the analytic development of the Contemporary Arabic language. In the second chapter, we speak about the relationship between the analytic styles and the discourse. The outcomes of this thesis are the following points:
- Arabic language as compared to other languaes is seen as a synthetic language in the classified language typology.
- The analytic styles existed in the classic Arabic language and they become clear in the Contemporary Arabic language.
- The Contemporary Arabic language is said to be an analytic language in comparison with the classic Arabic.
The analytic styles have their own communictive objectives in the Contemporary Arabic language like the logic of language, enhancement and easiness. - The analytic styles and the diminishment of case have participatedin the widespread acceptance of the Contemporary Arabic language in the Arab world
