English abstract
The aim of this study is to search for the provisions of the subscription contract of the electronic data banks by exploring its legal concept and its characteristics and distinguishing it from other similar legal systems.
The importance of the study is attributed to its efforts to discover the legal nature of the subscription contract of data banks and the most important jurisprudential opinions regarding it.
The research also dealt with studying the legal effects of the subscription contract with data banks and clarifying some of the obligations of its parties and the consequent civil liability in the event of a breach of the obligation.
