The current study sought to achieve the following objectives: Knowing the level of self-esteem of a sample of religious cadres at the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Governorate of Al-Dakhiliyah, knowing the level of professional stress on a sample of religious cadres, knowing the nature of the relationship between self-esteem and professional stress in kind of religious cadres, and checking for differences Statistical significance for a sample of religious cadres on the self-esteem scale attributing to the following variables the position, academic qualification and verification of statistically significant differences among a sample of religious cadres on the occupational stress scale attributable to the following variables the position, academic qualification and the possibility of predicting professional stress through an assessment Self The study sample consisted of (200) female employees of the religious staff in the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Governorate of Al-Dakhiliya, and the researcher used the descriptive approach, and to answer the study questions, the researcher used the Self-Esteem Scale, which consists of thirty paragraphs, and the results of the study showed that the level of professional stress is low Among the female employees of the religious cadre in the Governorate of Dakhiliya, and that the level of self-esteem of the female employees of the religious cadre in the Governorate of Dakhiliyah was high, and the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the various positions of the religious cadre in the level of professional stress attributed to the job.
