English abstract
This study is aiming at presenting a suggested perception for the for Building Leadership Capacity of the Government School in Oman in Light of Knowledge-Based Economy in Oman, by eliminating the reality of Administrative performance programs at the Government Schools in Light of Knowledge-Based Economy in Oman to determine a factors of Building Leadership Capacity in schools through an analysis of documents, formal reports and related ministerial decisions in addition of a study of that reality through the point of view of individuals who are selected as a field sample for the study.
In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire has been formulated and presented to a selected sample of those who are working in Schools Administrative field categorized by their job title as follows: School Principle, School Principle Assistant and Seiner Teacher in addition to administrative and educational supervisors in the Ministry of education and the authorities under the ministry umbrella in the Sultanate of Oman, furthermore, Delphi Technic will applied to build the suggested perception of leadership capacity in the context of knowledge based economy directed to some experts in educational management.
The results of the study will have revealed the suggested perception for the for Building Leadership Capacity of the Government School in Oman in Light of Knowledge- Based Economy in Oman.
