The significance of the present study emerges from the importance of Civil Defense and Ambulance services, as it is one of the most important security services that must be available within cities and distributed in all its territories in proportion to the sizes and functions of those territories. The problem statement focuses on the need for spatial analysis of civil defense and ambulance services, and assessment of accessibility and coverage of the service in accordance with population distribution and density as well as distance. In addition to evaluating the quality of civil defense and ambulance services in the governorate of AD-dakhiliyah. The aim of this study is to study the current status of the services of civil defense and ambulance as a necessary service and the adequacy and effectiveness of that service. In addition to evaluating the quality of services provided by the Civil Defense and Ambulance Centers by measuring the satisfaction of people with the services provided by these centers. The study methodology was based on a series of methods and tools, including preliminary data and fieldwork. It also included published and unpublished secondary data, the analysis is based on the use of location-allocation model as a spatial analysis tool and the questionnaire as a survey tool to measure the quality of service. The study results revealed and important output with regard to spatial analysis which led to suggestion of new centers on the region based on the population weight Localities and distances between localities. The results regarding people satisfaction indicated that there is high satisfaction with the quality of the services provided by the centers in the various areas. The study recommendations included a number of proposals, namely the need, to establish civil defense centers and ambulances in underserved areas in order to facilitate the process of receiving the service and in addition, to promote the services provided. Spreading awareness about the service to the largest segment of the community specially on first aid and on the services. Raising awareness and provision of training and skills on modern techniques as well as community
involvement.
