English abstract
The aim of the present study is to develop the school's management by the entrance of Total Quality Management in private schools in Muscat region.
The researcher uses the analytical descriptive method to monitor facts, elements, and indicators of education quality management and how to apply it to the development of private education in Oman.
There was an investigation to ensure the legitimacy of the tools. The researcher has carried out a survey that involved a number of managers, deputies and teachers in order to define the stability of the questionnaire.
The researcher has extracted the correlation coefficients between the dimensions impact of the management development in the light of the entrance to the TQM, which confirmed that all phrases were fixed.
A well-designed and inclusive questionnaire was issued in its final form and included four main axes other than the basic data and 41 subs.
It includes five areas: the school administration for TQM, planning for TQM and Organisation for TQM. Add to that it includes the training practice for the entrance of TQM and monitoring to achieve TQM targets.
Some tools have been applied in their final form on a sample of the study that consists of 218,Chi square. This has been used, as a statistical method as it was appropriate to the nature of the questionnaire, depending on the statistic programme called SPSS, this programme to analysis the data of the social science and education.

The following results have been achieved by this study:

A successful factor of the implementation of the total quality management is providing individual with the skills and capabilities needed by the application of advance training programs.
