The most important results of the study:
1- The results of the respondents show that the planning dimension scored higher whereas the educational leadership scored the least in the management practices.
2-There are no statically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) between the mean estimates of the sample of the study attributed to the administrative level variable for the dimensions of planning, training, evaluation and control and educational leadership.
3-There are statistical significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) among the average estimates of the sample of the study attributed to the varied administrative level of the organization dimension between the two groups of the directorates and the schools. The results were on the side the school group.
