English abstract
This study seeks to identify the extent of the application of total quality standards in the administrative processes of the General Directorate of the Administrative Affairs in the Ministry of Education in Sultanate of Oman, and the experience in the degree of application according to the opinion of the studying sample.
The problem of the study identified the following questions:
1- To what extent the application of comprehensive quality standards in the administrative process of the General Directorate for Administrative Affairs in the Ministry of Education in Sultanate of Oman?
2- Are there significant differences in the practicing of Its ranks for total quality standards in the administrative processes attributable to years of experience and the type of job and qualification?
To perform this study, the researcher analyzed the theoretical literature on Total Quality, and administrative issues .also the researcher used a descriptive approach, the research distributed question ai re as a main resource for collecting data. The questionnaire consists of 54 items which cover the four domains of the study, planning, organizing, supervision and assessment.
The validity of the questionnaire was measured by many experts in the education management, and the ratability confirmed through (alpha- Cronbakh), where the total consistency overall with (0.98), has
composed the study sample of 120 male and female employees of the Directorate General for Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of Education.
The main findings of this study:

The staffs of the General Directorate of the administrative affairs play average standards in the application of TQM in administrative processes.
No statistically significant differences at the significance level (a=0.05) due to the variable type or job qualifications or years of experience
According to the results of this study the research explored so many recommendations and suggestion that enable the staff of the general directorate of administrative affairs to apply the total quality management issues in the administrative process.
