English abstract
The study aimed to know the relation between the organizational climate
and the administrative creativity at the school principals of the internal region in the Sultanate of Oman. For that purpose a questionaire formed of two axes, the first axis related to the organizational climate, and consists of (43) phrases distributed to six fields represents (the organizational structure, the command
type, the communication skills, the working nature, decisions making and
technology). The second axis related to the administrative creativity, it consists
of (40) phrases distributed to six fields and it represents (feeling of the problem, the abundance of the ideas, the flexibility, the originality, the creative thinking and the organizational culture). The truth and stability of the tool have been
verified (a coefficient thousand = 0.98), and the questionaire was applied to
578 teachers (male and female). The study has used the descriptive method to
study the relation between the organizational climate and the administrative

creativity, to answer to the study's questions; used the arithmetic means, the normative deviations and analysis of variance single (one way Anova), and style (LSD) for comparisonsa to determind the direction of dimensional differences
variables study, using the statistical package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).

From the results that the study reached :
The school principals are often work on the improvement of the dominant organizational climate in the schools of the internal region in the Sultanate of Oman from the teachers viewpoint.

favour of the females.

responses, it attributed to the experience variable for the fields of the first
axis what is except the sixth field.
(c) There are differences between the group of short, average and long experience to the teachers in favour of the group of average and long experience from their viewpoint.
(d) There are no differences in the teachers responses she is attributed to
the variable of the scientific qualification in the fields of the first axis.

5.A positive relationship with statistical indication at an indication level of (a ≥ 0,05) between the organizational climate and the administrative creativity at the school principals where it reached the connection coefficient (0,875 * ) at an indication level of (0,000). With the addition a suggested imagination was reached to increase the administrative creativity at the school principals through the activation of the organizational climate.
The most important recommendations that the study reached the care for elements and the fields of the organizational climate (the organizational structure, the command type, the communication skills, the 'working nature, decisions making, the technology) in different schools for the development of the operation of the administrative creativity at the managers, and the preparation of the organizational climate in a positive way for the motivation of the school principals for the creativity and the renewal, as well as the school's director should pay attention to the elements for the development of creativity, self-development and thus the process of creativity management. The organizational climate and creativity are both associated with some of the administrative, so we must build a climate of regulatory framework for the
creative process to the administrative heads of schools, and this will be only
through the development of appropriate educational plans and the establishment
of various training programs to provide a catalyst for organizational change
management innovation, as well as discussion of teachers and administrative
staff to find out the most important shortcomings in the organizational climate of school and finding appropriate solutions for the treatment of those aspects.
