English abstract
This study aimed at recognizing to what extent some of necessities of managing knowledge in basic education schools are available from the point of view of the headmasters.
To achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire of three parts was designed : the members of teaching staff, school administration and technology. The sample study consists of 39 school for basic education in Aldhdhira region. the information was dealt with by using the mean and standard division.
The most Important result that the study showed is that degree of the availability to practice the management of knowledge in basic education schools in aldhdhira region is high as the members of teaching staff, and the school administration are concerned and average for technology .As a result of this, the study came out with a lists of suggested necessities in order to practice the management of knowledge. Adol to that the suggestion made by the headmasters to Manage the knowledge in basic education schools
