Based on the results of the thesis, the researcher presented some recommendations for the sake of artistic and scholar benefit and enriching the Omani Literature hand in hand with other researchers who took a similar line in their studies.
The most important of the recommendations is to conduct further studies that touch upon the topic of women elegy in Omani poetry due to the rarity of poems lamenting mothers and wives, and the nonexistence of those that lament sisters and daughters; this is an indication that customs influenced poets so they could not show their sorrow and sense of missing publicly.
Hopefully, the present study would be a starting point to other studies to deal with the same topic. It has shed light on the principles of this genre to pave the way for those who are interested in studying the Omani literature to give it a new perspective.
