English abstract
The last moment of the Trump administration witnessed interesting developments
regarding its legacy in the Middle East. The most important one is the signing of the
Abraham Accords between the United Arab Emirates and the state of Israel. The
normalization of ties between the United Arab Emirates and Israel is considered a huge
transfer and change in some Arab states as this sort of normalization with Israel will have
some consequences to Arab countries and particularly to the Gulf Cooperation Council
states. This research consists of three chapters. The first chapter discusses the
introduction and the theoretical framework, the second chapter discusses the historical
background of the relation between the United Arab of Emirates and Israel. The last
chapter discusses the challenges and the future scenarios of the normalization between
the United Arab of Emirates and Israel. The signing of Abraham Accords between the
United Arab Emirates and Israel might have a challenge ahead. In this thesis, the
researcher will investigate some of the challenges, which might obstruct and delay the
implementation of the Abraham Accords. Finally, the researcher will shed light upon the
future scenarios of the Abraham Accords.
