The study aims to identify the controls contained in the book of purity from "Sharh Al
Nil Wa Shefaa Al Alel Book", the book contains about nineteen chapters and sixteen chapters,
starting from the chapter on the get rid of impurity and ending with the chapter impure's, and
comparing these controls that Sheikh Tfayyesh mentioned with the controls that he mentioned
in his other books . And also comparing it with what was mentioned in the books of the
Scholars of the ebadiyah sect.
The study aims to answer the following questions :What are the rules for purity that
Sheikh Tfayyesh mentioned in his book Sharh al-Nil ?To what extent is Sheikh Tfayyesh's
commitment to graduating issues according to the guidelines that he mentioned in his book ?
What is the control document and evidence mentioned by Sheikh Tfayyesh in his book ?What
are the applications of the jurisprudential guidelines that Sheikh Tfayyesh mentioned in his
book?
To answer these questions, the researcher extracted the controls and studied them by
explaining their meaning, indicating their evidence, and highlighting their applications. The
study reached several results, and perhaps the most important of them is the eleven controls
which were extracted from the Book of Purity.
The researcher has used the following approaches:
The inductive approach: This is through reading carefully the book of purity, and
extracting jurisprudential guidelines in it, in order to study it as a jurisprudential study ,
Analytical method: by showing the evidence of the extracted controls, directing their
inference, and analyzing them in a jurisprudential analysis, And Comparative Approach: By
comparing the controls that Sheikh Tfayyesh mentioned in the Book of Purity with the
controls that he mentioned in his other books and comparing them with what was mentioned
by scholars of the sect.
