English abstract
The majority of jurisprudence that attracted Imam Al-Salmi in the
statement of the legal ruling it; It did not graduate from the assets on which
it relied; The study came to the conclusion of these branches on the
following questions:
1. What is the approach of Imam Al-Salmi in graduating the branches on
the assets?
2. What are the origins and weighting of the different customs and
comments that you saw on the lake?
3. What are the branches that came out by Imam Al-Salmi regarding the
neighboring assets and history?
The research highlights the approach of Imam Al-Salmi in his study of
fundamentalist and jurisprudential issues and his approach in weighting,
and the graduation of branches on assets, by revealing the assets and
fundamentalist rules in general and balance; Which Imam al-Salmi relied
on and favored it, and the jurisprudential branches that came out of them
close to the surrounding environment and comments in his judgments and
weights.
Scientific methods have been followed to study this subject; They are:
descriptive, inductive, deductive and analytical method.
And the most important results that resulted from its secrets in seven
