His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said left to the Omanis, the Arabs, and all humanity a declaration of peace, cooperation, reform, and advancement, entitled: The Human Alliance. God thus adds to the Omani renaissance, of which he is the pioneer, a new dimension that we have experienced in his biography, achievements and policies. It is the concern of spreading peace, tolerance, understanding and reconciliation in the region and the world. Since his first speech when he came to power in 1970, His Majesty Sultan Qaboos made peace and comprehensive development two main goals. It was upon them and for their sake that the blessed renaissance was established that transformed the people and the state in Oman from one state to another, and its effects continued on the neighborhood, the surroundings and the world, whether in its internal approach in establishing the state of institutions or in the foreign policies working for peace and cooperation and the making of new and advanced national, international and human political relations.
