English abstract
The problematic relationship between modernity and secularization emerged with the spread of the term "return of religion". It was natural for researchers to consider secularization as a phenomenon of modernity. However, with this being said, another matter emerged: Is the "return of religion considered a setback to secularization?" Then what is secularization in fact? Is it the comprehensive rationalization of human action, which sees that there is no reference for the human affair other than the individual himself with his mind, feelings, perceptions, actions and their consequences? between church and state?
