English abstract
Most countries in the world interest in developing plans for the advancement of Tourism industry and interest in Tourism education and training, and make it a major part of its educational system, and this shows how delayed tourism education systems we have. The communication between the training and education of tourism destinations will come with its benefits on tourism industry in general, and those who made it, in particular. This paper was to find out what is the Tourism education and its reality and try to develop it in the future through a case study (Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Luxor , South Valley University, Egypt).
