English abstract
The right to publish electronic media is of great legal or media importance. This electronic publication infringes on the privacy of individuals, the abuse of their reputation or the abuse of their private lives and even their intellectual property rights by persons engaged in electronic journalistic work, or persons providing technical services in electronic publishing. The right to freedom of opinion and expression is not restricted to harming third parties, and this restriction is to compel the injured person to make fair compensation for the harm caused by such publication, and according to the general rules of civil liability, is located by the electronic publisher, damage to the injured, and a causal link between this error and that damage.
