English abstract
This study dealt with "the reality of Omani electronic litigation and the expectations of predictive justice", through a comparative analytical approach, to clarify the reality of Omani electronic litigation, in the first topic and then in the second topic studying the expectations of predictive justice, so that we stand in this study on the experience of comparative law as The main reference for the Omani legislator, from which we derive most of our legal rules, and we stand on what suits us from this experience, their contribution to filling gaps in legislative texts and completing their shortcomings.
