English abstract
In the same time social media has become one of the most important means in what is called social media or modern media or alternative for its multidimensional, political, social and cultural role, it still in the same time it promotes one of the most threatening resource of national security of nations and societies, while some people uses it badly in spreading rumors and tendentious lies. There is no doubt that we are living in social media time, as we can't find any mobile phone without applications that log into internet. In addition, we also has gone so far and become spending most of our time in front of our mobile phones screens, even some have reached the point of addiction. We deal in our research the compensation specially when victim can't prove damage of assaulter, or in case of it is impossible to define the responsible for damage, or for responsible insolvency, so it gad to be solutions to compensate victim for damages, and also nation had to interfere to compensate victim for damages in cases which he can't get compensation, or by social security funds.
