English abstract
This research discusses Principle of free Outer Space. In its First section: free Outer Space in Conventions International, The principle of free Space is one of The principles in International Space Law and It One of the established principles in Conventions International on outer space. In its Second section: Restrictions Regarding to free Outer Space, Outer space and celestial bodies are free for exploration and use by all States on a basis of equality and in accordance with international law, including the Charter of the United Nations; The peaceful exploration and use of outer space; The exploration and use of outer space shall be carried on for the benefit and in the interests of all mankind.
