English abstract
The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the training program based on acceptance and commitment to the mental flexibility in a sample of tenth students in the tenth of some of the Sultanate of Oman schools. The researcher has adopted the researcher Demo; To achieve the goal of the study, as the following tools were used: psychological flexibility measure, interview, and formulatory forms for acceptance and commitment.
The study sample of 21 was a talented student from some of the conservative schools of Muscat. They were diagnosed by the Ministry of Education, and were divided into: a pilot group, amounted to (10) students, and an officer, amounted to 11 students Apply the 10 sessions of 5 sessions over 5 weeks, monitor both the tribal and backy measurement of the two groups, as well as monitor the experimental group of the experimental set after six weeks of application, and after statistical analysis of the results obtained The following results were reached: there are statistically significant differences in the average distance measurement of psychological flexibility between the control group and the experimental group for the experimental group, and the size of the high impact. He also referred to statistically significant differences between the average tribal measurement and average measurement of the experimental group, and the impact was also high. The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the average dimensions of the distance measurement and average measurement of the experimental group. The results of quantitative analysis have been strengthened. The researcher reached that each analysis supports the basic hypothesis that: the training program based on the treatment and adherence is effective in the development of psychological flexibility in a sample of talent students.
