English abstract
Human infection with the Coronavirus is widely considered one of the most dangerous infections due to the ease and speed of its transmission between humans, so its danger lies in the absence of a successful treatment for it until the moment, as it infects and destroys the human respiratory system. Since the person infected with this virus is sick and must be treated as a patient and not a criminal, but in many circumstances it can pose a threat to people, so we had to analyze the legal position towards the carrier of the Coronavirus infection, which could cause the infection to spread by violating the precautionary measures.
The study focuses on the issue of legal confrontation with the Coronavirus epidemic in criminal legislation, in order to clarify the legislation's position on actions that threaten the safety of others, refrain from reporting those specifically infected with the virus, and expose others to the risk of infection.
