English abstract
The responsibility of the responsible (guardian) of the minor is based on tort fault via the internet, it is the illegal acts committed by minor using the computer as a tool and virtual space as an intermediary. Of course, if this act occurs via the Internet, the means of committing it is of an intangible technical nature. Malicious use that is used to penetrate various devices or networks or websites or e-mail or use the same websites in the presentation of illegal content includes encryption of individuals or businesses or other technical means used in violation of legal commitment.
