English abstract
The study aimed at the level of psychological empowerment among workers in fulfillment centers for people with disabilities in the Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman and its relationship to their job burnout. (32) items, and the second is a measure of job burnout, which consists of three axes, and the number of its items was (28) items, and the study sample consisted of (285) workers working in Al-Wafa centers for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman, and the sample was chosen in a simple random way.
The study concluded that the level of psychological empowerment among workers in Al-Wafa Centers for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman came to a large degree, with an average of (4.08), and the meaning axis ranked first, with an average of (4.58), followed by the competence axis, with an average of (4.58). (4.11), and in the third place the axis of influence with an average of (3.99), and in the last rank the axis of independence with an average of (3.66), and there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the estimates of the study sample of the level of psychological empowerment among workers in the fulfillment centers for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in the Sultanate Oman is attributed to the gender variable, and there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variable years of service and educational qualification.
And that the level of job burnout among workers in Al-Wafa Centers for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman. came to a very low degree, with an average of (1.67), and the emotional stress axis came in the first place, with an average (2.10), followed in the second rank by the personal achievement axis, with an average (1.50), and in the third and last rank is the axis of dullness of feeling with an average of (1.41), and the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of job burnout among workers in Al-Wafa centers for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman due to the variables of gender and educational qualification, and the presence of statistically significant differences attributable to to the variable of years of service, and the presence of a negative and weak inverse correlation with the level of psychological empowerment among workers in Al-Wafa centers for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman, and their job burnout.
In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended that those in charge of planning and policies at Al-Wafa centers for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities instill the values of psychological empowerment for workers through training, educational and counseling programmes, provide a supportive environment for psychological empowerment, and provide guidance programs for workers in Al-Wafa centers for rehabilitation of persons with disabilities to deal with work pressures. and reduce their level of job burnout.
