English abstract
This study aims to investigate structural relationships between service value, satisfaction and behavioural intentions among trainees of adventure sports through Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Conceptual model has been tested with primary data which was collected from 230 participants of adventure sports training through multistage sampling in Himachal Pradesh, India. Functional value, emotional value and novelty value have been found to significantly influence satisfaction as hypothesized while social value and value for money indicate insignificant influence on satisfaction of adventure trainees. Satisfaction has shown significant influence on intention to revisit, search for alternatives and word-of-mouth referral as behavioural intentions of adventure trainees.
