English abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction and its relationship to organizational loyalty among Bank Dhofar employees in the Governorate of Muscat. Bank Dhofar in the Governorate of Muscat, the scale used in the study included (34) items and consisted of two main axes, the first being job satisfaction (the independent variable), and it included five sub-axes (job satisfaction, satisfaction with wages, satisfaction with leadership style, satisfaction with the work environment, Satisfaction with training) and the second axis: organizational loyalty (the dependent variable). The results of the study showed in general that the degree of job satisfaction with its various dimensions (job satisfaction, wages, leadership style, training, work environment) among Bank Dhofar employees in the governorate. Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman was within the high degree, and the results showed that the degree of organizational loyalty among Bank Dhofar employees in the Sultanate of Oman was also high, and there was a positive correlation and statistical significance at the level of significance (0.01) among all dimensions of Job satisfaction and organizational loyalty of employees, and the overall relationship between job satisfaction and organizational loyalty is medium; The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α 0.05) for the impact of job satisfaction among workers due to the variable years of experience in the dimension of satisfaction with leadership style and satisfaction with the work environment and training. The results concluded that there is an effect of job satisfaction on organizational loyalty, i.e. The higher the job satisfaction, the higher the organizational loyalty, and based on these results, the researcher made a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Paying attention to the process of training employees on a continuous basis on the required skills and the necessity of satisfying the social, psychological, and economic needs of employees, and listening to their problems.
