English abstract
The objective of the study was to measure the level of motivation of a sample of SIP officers. The descriptive curriculum was used in this study using the identification, which was prepared for this purpose. The sample of the study was composed of 400 policemen in the Sultanate of Oman at varying ranks (Corporal-Sergeant-Sergeant-First Agent-First Agent) the results have shown that all impulse dimensions have a high level (Challenge, responsibility, desire for success and excellence, love of reconnaissance, self-reliance) and, in the light of its findings, recommended indicative programmes to develop generational motivation among officers and police officers; This can help them succeed in their policing and community life.
