English abstract
This study aimed to identify the effect of feedback methods on job
performance: an applied study in the Judicial Administration Court in the
Sultanate of Oman. The study population consisted of (750) Judicial
Administration court employees. This study adopted the descriptive analytical
method and the questionnaire was distributed to all of Judicial Administration
Court employees in the Sultanate of Oman. The study reached a number of
results, most notably: the existence of a direct and statistically significant
correlation between feedback and job performance, the presence of a
statistically significant effect of feedback on job performance, and the absence
of a statistically significant effect of the benefits and constraints of feedback
on job performance. Through the results of the research, the Judicial
Administration Court interest in providing feedback and motivating workers
was high, so the research recommends establishing a planning team capable of
applying feedback in a scientific and practical manner.
