English abstract
The study aimed to explore the governance of operational strategies and their social impacts on serving the unemployed in the Sultanate of Oman, with a case study in Dhofar Governorate. The researcher relied on the descriptive-analytical approach and used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program to analyze the questionnaire data. The study sample consisted of 140 individuals working in Dhofar Governorate, Oman, where the researcher used a random sampling method to select the study sample. The study's results showed that there is a relationship between adherence to labor laws in the Public Service Bureau and the graduate students' category, focusing on them to improve work efficiency and develop civil service institutions in Dhofar Governorate, Oman. The recorded data of graduates annually indicate the state's attention to unemployed graduates. The study recommended the continuous evaluation of graduate performance in higher education institutions by civil service and their qualification by establishing a coordination unit between universities and the civil service.
