English abstract
The researcher's study aimed to know the impact of administrative
communication patterns on the effectiveness of decisions in the private sector
institutions in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate and to identify the ability to
practice the activities and means used for administrative communication with
them and their impact on the effectiveness of decisions from the data obtained
and the flexibility of implementing the administrative decision.
The study community included various working groups and segments of
technicians, engineers, supervisors, administrators, managers and heads of
departments in the departments, in the private sector institutions in the
industrial zone, each according to the nature of his currency and
specializations in the large companies present, numbering 300 male and
female employees, and the questionnaire was distributed, and accordingly the
number of ( 300) questionnaires, from which only (121) questionnaires were
retrieved. In order to achieve the important purposes of this study and its
success in collecting data by the study population. The researcher made a
questionnaire from several axes, where the first axis included downward
communications, the second axis was upward communications, the third axis
was horizontal communications, the fourth axis was oral communications, and
the last axis was flexibility in implementing the decision as a dependent
variable
