English abstract
The study aimed at finding out the effects of social factors on the productivity of employees at the Omani Ministry of Labor. The study employed the descriptive cross-sectional study method for this study in order to achieve the best results and objectives of the study. The researcher also used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information, which was divided into two parts. The first field is measuring the extent of social conditions, and the second section is measuring the productivity of employees in the Omani Ministry of Labor , The questionnaire was distributed to the study population of (303) administrative and technical staff, where the study reached several results, the most important of which is the study indicated that the level of productivity at work among the employees of the Omani Ministry of Labor is high, as the average productivity is close to an average of 4. (out of a total of 5) according to Likert scale, and the results indicate that all question phrases for the axis of productivity in the field have a very high and very high degree of measurement .
