THIS booklet presents a summary of the broad features of the 9th Five-Year Development Plan in order to achieve
broad engagement in following the economic and social developments in the Sultanate. The formulation of the Plan coincided with an important phase of the path of the blessed Renaissance, the forty-fifth anniversary of which we celebrated last November. These works were culminat ed by the issuance of the Royal Decree No. (1/2016) ratifying this Plan (attachment 1).
