English abstract
The aim of the study was to identify the extent to which the ergonomics influenced the career loyalty of academic staff at higher education institutions in Muscat governorate: job satisfaction as an intermediary variable. The problem with the study was the functional instability of the academic body in private universities and colleges. A model of measurement variables was built based on previous studies. The researcher used the analytical descriptive curriculum and the analysis of data and the statistical program (SPSS) to answer the questions and hypotheses of the study. To achieve the study's objective, the researcher designed a questionnaire and distributed it to a randomized sample. The number of respondents (144) is academic and academic, divided into 9 private universities and colleges. The focus was on the distribution of the questionnaire to academic bodies of their various scientific qualifications from master's and doctoral holders, and from different academic levels (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer).
The Cronbach Alpha coefficient was valued at 0.972, reflecting the sincerity and consistency of high resolution and its ability to give representative results to the study community. The findings found that the degree of evaluation of all the study's dimensions is high, namely the working environment (motivation, career graduation), job satisfaction and job loyalty. There is also a significant relationship between the working environment and job loyalty. Motivation on job loyalty has a high impact. There is a high relationship between career graduation and career loyalty. Job satisfaction also affects job loyalty to a high degree. How many results have shown that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between the working environment and employee loyalty at private higher education institutions in Muscat governorate and partial mediation.
