English abstract
This study aims to investigate and determine the impact of agile leadership on enhancing the administrative efficiency of the agricultural and fisheries sector in the Sultanate of Oman. The study is structured by considering agile leadership as an independent variable with its dimensions and administrative efficiency as a dependent variable. Additionally, it seeks to identify the tools that should be used in agile leadership. On the other hand, it aims to understand the concepts of administrative efficiency, its importance, elements, determinants, and characteristics. Furthermore, it aims to explore the impact of agile leadership on aspects such as continuous improvement, responsiveness, and future foresight, as well as administrative efficiency in the agricultural and fisheries sector in terms of job satisfaction, production quality, and task completion speed.
To achieve the research objectives, the researcher followed a descriptive and analytical approach in the current study. The study sample was selected from among the employees of the Ministry of Agricultural and Fisheries Wealth and Water Resources, representing 10% of the study population, and they were chosen randomly. The sample consisted of 100 employees. Statistical software (SPSS) will be used to analyze the results using the questionnaire as a data collection tool, following the descriptive analytical approach. The results will be presented after completing chapters four and five.
