English abstract
The study aims to identify the impact of strategic leadership on job performance in Dhofar Municipality. The research community consists of (510) employees of Dhofar Municipality. A soft sample of workers consisting of (350) employees was selected. Questionnaires were distributed electronically to the sample members. And he retrieved (300) valid questionnaires for statistical analysis. The descriptive analytical method and the SPSS V.24 AMOS V.25 program were used in data analysis. Among the most important results that have been reached is that strategic leadership in its dimensions (strategic direction, human capital development, organizational culture, ethical practices, and balanced organizational oversight) has come with a high relative importance level, and that job performance has come with a high relative importance level and there is a statistically significant effect of strategic leadership with its dimensions. One of the recommendations of the study is to grant workers greater powers and authorization in order to work on building second-row leaders in the organization and give employees the opportunity to take responsibility and work to involve workers in specialized training programs and also train them on the job to raise their skills levels at work.
