English abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of administrative leadership in promoting sustainable human development. The study population consisted of workers in government institutions in the North Sharqiyah governorate. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of the study community. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach using the statistical analysis program (SPSS) with the aim of Analysis of the questionnaire data, and the study sample consisted of (117) individuals working in human resources. The study adopted the random sample method in obtaining the study sample. The results of the study showed: Administrative leadership depends as a means to increase the performance and practice of work and contributes greatly to achieving the performance and practice of work and contributes significantly to achieving the desired goals. Achieving the objectives of the organization and the employees. The employees must be actively encouraged and developed, which makes them develop their work according to the directives they receive.
