English abstract
Social security is considered one of the most
important priorities that societies face in our
current era, as the rapid global transformations
witness new challenges that affect the structures
and dynamics of societies. Therefore, innovative
community partnerships emerge as an effective
mechanism for achieving social security, as they
combine the efforts and resources available in
society in order to achieve common goals. This
partnership depends on cooperation between
the government and civil society, with a focus
on innovation and technology to achieve more
effective and sustainable results.
But in light of the rapid changes happening to
the world today that may negatively affect social
security, in light of the digital transformation
that the world is witnessing, global influences
have become more powerful on Arab societies,
and the extent of their ability to maintain social
security, and this paper aims to analyze the
role of community partnership. Innovative in
enhancing social security, with a focus on how
to adapt it to modern global transformations,
how to anticipate the future and develop new
strategies to meet future challenges. This paper
relied on the descriptive content analytical
approach, which relies on analyzing the content
of library data and information by referring
to literature and previous studies to access
information that helps to analyze the problem
in depth and provide solutions and proposals
for the studied problem.
The study came up with a set of
recommendations, the most important of
which are: encouraging cooperation between
the government, civil society, and the private
sector to achieve common goals related to
social security. And creating platforms for
exchanging resources and experiences between
the various parties involved in the community
partnership. This includes sharing technology,
knowledge, and best practices to improve
the efficiency and effectiveness of security
programs. Providing training and development
programs for local communities to enhance
their ability to confront security challenges.
