The result of the study showed that the level of achievement motivation according to the responses of the sample members was high in general, as it came after perseverance in first place, then after striving for excellence in second place, then after feeling the important of time in third place , then after planning for the future in the fourth place, then after feeling responsible , it came in the fifth place, and the level of adaptation was also high, according to the response of the sample members, where it came after adapting to the family in the first place, then after adapting to society, it came in second place, then after adapting to the work environment , it came in rank third. The result of the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation among members of the study sample due to the academic qualification variable, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of social adaptation due to the academic qualification variable. The result of the study also indicated that the sample members scores on the social adaptation scale contribute to the level of achievement motivation and that level of achievement motivation can be predicated through the level of social adaptation, as the contribution of social adaptation reached (37%) of the change occurred in the variable motivation for achievement, and this indicates the existence of a correlation between achievement motivation and social adaptation.
