English abstract
The study aims to identify the relationship between psychological burnout and psychological flow among North Al Batinah teachers in the Sultanate of Oman. The study was conducted on a random sample of teachers from the second cycle of North Al Batinah schools in the Sultanate of Oman, which numbered (240) male and female teachers. Teachers (161), and the number of female teachers (79). Two scales were prepared for the study, namely (the psychological burnout scale and the psychological flow scale) The study followed the descriptive, correlational approach, and the study reached the following results: The results showed that the level of psychological burnout among male and female teachers of North Al Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman was high on the scale as a whole, and on the dimensional level, it came after emotional stress, after feeling a high degree of personal lack of accomplishment, and after dulled feelings. To a moderate degree, the results also showed that the level of psychological flow among the sample members was high on the scale as a whole, and on the dimensional level, it came after loss of feeling and after integration into performance to a very high degree. As for the focus on performance and the clarity of the goal to a high degree. The results of the study indicated that there is a statistically significant correlation between psychological burnout and psychological flow and between the dimensions of the psychological burnout scale and the total score of the psychological flow scale. The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological burnout due to the variable (gender) and (years of experience) or The interaction between them. The results also showed that there were differences in the level of psychological flow due to the variable (gender), and the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variable of years of experience or the interaction between them.
