English abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of the headmaster for his role in improving the regulatory climate in the schools of post-basic education from the viewpoint of teachers, and the statement of the impact of each type, and the area of education, and years of experience in administrative work and school, and academic qualifications in determining the role of point of view of the sample, specifically the study tried to answer the following questions:
1. What is the role played by the director of the school to improve the organizational climate at the stage of post-basic education in the Sultanate of Oman, as perceived by teachers?.
2. To what extent the differing views of teachers about the role of the school principal in improving the organizational climate at the stage of post-basic education in different (gender, experience, qualification, school district)?
3. The proposed scenario through which activate the role of the school principal in improving the regulatory climate in the Sultanate of Oman?
To answer the questions of the study, they analyzed the literature on the role of the headmaster to improve the organizational climate, and the preparation of a questionnaire consisted of (64) items classified into seven areas of the role of the headmaster to improve the organizational climate, confirmed its validity through its presentation to a group of specialists was make sure Tabatha through coefficient (alpha - Cronbach), where it was stable overall (95 and 0), the study sample was composed of (300) teachers in the three educational zones are: Muscat, Al Batinah South, a region of Interior).
