English abstract
This study aimed to explore the motivations of Arab youth for using Metaverse technology and its relation to their vision for future roles in this technology. The research employed a descriptive method and collected data through an online survey from a random sample of 448 individuals from Arab countries. The study was based on the Technology Acceptance Model to understand the relationship between the ease of using Metaverse and the youth's knowledge of it. The results revealed a correlation between Arab youth's knowledge of Metaverse and their motivations for using it, indicating a growing interest in this technology and its promising future role in various fields. The study highlighted the opportunities and challenges associated with Metaverse and recommended the development of a comprehensive framework encompassing technical, legal, and professional systems to guide the use of Metaverse. This framework aims to enhance user trust and encourage effective investment in this virtual world, emphasizing the vital role of awareness and education to ensure balanced and sustainable use.
