English abstract
This study aimed to identify the availability of the dimensions of organizational health in basic education schools in the perceptive of online teaching in Al Batinah North Governorate in Sultanate of Oman from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive method was adopted in this study. A random sample consisted of 530 teachers from basic education schools in Sultanate of Oman in 2020/2021 was selected. The researcher used a survey that included four dimensions: school cohesion, initiative, support resources, and morality. The result showed that the availability level was average. Significant differences were found in initiative and morality dimensions due to gender (favoring males), and in all dimensions due to years of experience (favoring teachers with 11 years and above). The study recommended raising awareness among school leaders about the importance of organizational health and incorporating it into planning, and implementing professional development programs to enhance distance learning technologies.
