English abstract
The issue of restrictive conditions in technology transfer contracts between the
developed countries that own technology and the recipient developing countries -
many problems - raised that such restrictive terms give a different concept to the
idea of disseminating and popularizing technology and the right of all the peoples
of the earth to benefit from them, given that such restrictions are arbitrary and
from It would demolish the sober architecture of the idea of technology transfer
by embedding the idea of economic dominance and strengthening it to technology
dependency.
As the objectives behind adopting what are known as the restrictive conditions
in the field of technology transfer contracts are represented in the intention of the
capitalist companies that own technology to impose economic dominance in the
technology field in preparation for the dependence of all development projects in
developing countries to the general strategy for projects supplying technology, and
thus impede the technological independence of these countries And depriving them
of the opportunity to deeply understand the technology transferred, and then localization and generation within the developing countries, so the countries that own the
technology are keen to maintain their monopolistic position in this vital field and at
the expense of the receiving party.
