English abstract
The study aimed to identify the most appropriate treatment for Bilateral Elastofibroma dorsi . The study was based on a case study of a 55-year-old woman suffering from hypertension, coronary artery disease and platelets, in addition to the previous literature. The study concluded a number of recommendations, including: the use of conservative therapy in elderly and asymptomatic patients. It is also recommended to use surgery sequentially in order to avoid increased morbidity. The literature indicated the use of Synchronic, sequential or unilateral methods because of their positive relapse-free results.
