English abstract
This study aimed to reveal the role of A'Sharqiyah
University in enhancing the intellectual security
of students from the point of view of the students
at the College of Arts and Humanities, and the
study sample consisted of (182) male and female
students. Its final form consists of (27) paragraphs.
The results of the study showed the high level of
the university's role in enhancing the intellectual
security of students from the point of view of the
study sample members in most of the paragraphs
of the questionnaire, where the general average
reached (4.092) with a high level of approval. Intellectual security of students at A'Sharqiyah University in the Sultanate of Oman, which is attribut ed to the gender variable and in favor of females.
The study showed that there were no statistical ly significant differences between the study sam ple members regarding the university»s role in
enhancing the intellectual security of students at
A'Sharqiyah University according to the variable
of the school year. Intellectual property of students
according to the variable of specialization.
In light of the results, the study concluded with
several recommendations, most notably the
need to work on raising students» awareness of
the important role that universities play in en hancing students» intellectual security through
training programs and courses, paying attention
to educating students and increasing their levels
of knowledge in the field of intellectual security,
and providing all capabilities and needs. Which
contribute to increasing the ability of universities
to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively in
the field of intellectual security through their programmers, courses and activities, and the need to
include some curricula of academic programs in the field of intellectual security and educate students about it.
