English abstract
This study aims at identifying the most important legal frameworks and dimensions that govern the process of reasoning administrative decisions under the administrative judiciary in the modern times. The identification is done in accordance with the views of legislation scholars and legal professionals on the fact that reasoning administrative decisions is one of the important topics in the field of judicial control of administrative decisions.
The research methodology required dividing this study into three chapters. The introductory chapter looked at the definition of the administrative decision and its terms and conditions. The first chapter shed the light on ensuring the reasoning of administrative decisions whereas the second chapter dealt with the principle of reasoning administrative decisions.
The study concluded with the most important conclusions and recommendations in order to contribute in clarifying the process of reasoning administrative decisions in the light of the most important jurisprudence trends in this regard.
