English abstract
The aim of this study was to identify the degree of the availability of competencies of the application of electronic supervision to educational supervisors in the Ad Dakheliyah governorate in Oman. Detection of the significance of statistical differences was according to type variables, years of supervisory experience, and the number of training courses in the field of technology. The study was followed by a descriptive method for its relevance to the nature of the study and its objectives. The random sample was chosen by 184 supervisors from the Ad Dakheliyah governorate. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and the data was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences. (SPSS). The following results were shown: 1. The estimates of the sampie members in all areas of the study are statistically significant to a high degree. 2. The results, listed here respectively in the order of greatest significance, indicate that the competencies of applying the electronic supervision to educational supervisors in the Ad Dakheliyah governorate appear significantly high, on the axis for computer and file management, communication and communication through the internet, and design and management of electronic training programs. There was a medium degree of significance in the e-calendar axis, and a minor degree of significance in the e-learning axis. 3. In all the study axis there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members, as well as in the grand total, this being due to the gender variable4. The results of the study indicate that there are statistically significant differences between the estimates of the sample members of the study in the field of e-learning as well as the grand total due to the variable years of experience and for the years of least experience. 5. The results of the study show that there are statistically significant differences between the estimates in all the study axis, as well as in the grand total. This is due to the variable number of training courses'in the technological field, and for most training courses. In light of the findings of this study, the author issues recommendations, and lists a number of procedures to aid in reforming the efficiency of the application of electronic supervision of educational supervisors in the Ad Dakheliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman.
