English abstract
This thesis studies the problem of criminal responsibility of the guardian of minors exposed to misdemeanors in case of being misdemeanor or committing crimes. The minors exposed to misdemeanors are in a critical period if they are not protected and they continue committing crimes. That will result in bad consequences affecting the society.
This thesis has discussed the representation of the minors exposed to misdemeanors in many legislations, stating how the minor's guardian becomes legally liable, as well as the basics of the guardian's liability from the legal perspective, moreover, it discussed the regulations of the guardian's liability.
This thesis has shown that the guardian shall be legally liable by virtue of the legal provisions in man legislations, although these ones have some failure in this relevant case. Some other legislations do not have similar provisions covering this case such as the Omani laws while they shall do so, and this is what I have mentioned in the recommendations part.
